Meal plans are best when they are tailored to the individuals needs however, these general meal plans can be used to either lose, gain, or maintain your weight. There are 3 different types of meal plans on this page. For each one, you will find the nutritional breakdown, general guidelines, and a sample day. Using the "NAME" page, you can tailor these plans to your specific wants and needs.
The 3 meal plans are:
*Please note that a "training" time of 1 hour has been included in all the meal plans and is set for late afternoon. If you train in the morning that's fine - just make sure to have your snack 30 minutes after you finish your work out!

- Weight loss - 1,500 calories/day
- Weight maintenance - 2,000 calories/day
- Weight gain - 2,800 calories/day
